The terms of the agreement between you and the School

1. What this document is about

The School of Wisdom ("the School", "we") is an educational service that offers practices of breath, consciousness and movement drawn from the world's traditions. By registering, paying for a subscription or using the free tier, you accept these terms. If you do not agree – do not use the service.

2. The School is not a medical service

Breath and consciousness practices can affect your physiological and mental state. The content of the School is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or psychotherapy. Before beginning any practice, consult a physician, especially if you have any of the conditions listed in the Medical Notice.

The voice of Prana is an educational guide, not a licensed practitioner. Any recommendations from Prana regarding breathing patterns, duration or intensity are general information, not personal medical prescriptions.

3. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe (GNOSIS VENTURES LLC). Prices are stated in US dollars. Taxes are calculated automatically depending on jurisdiction. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation and refund

• You can cancel the subscription at any time through your account or by writing to support@gnosis.ventures. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• A full refund is available within 14 days of the first subscription payment, with no reason required (in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and California consumer law).
• Founding Lifetime ($111 one-time): full refund within 30 days.
• After the refund window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Responsible use

You agree to:

• Not use the practices while driving, swimming, in water, or in any situation where breath retention or an altered state of consciousness could lead to injury.
• Stop the practice if dizziness, pain, cramps or disorientation arise.
• Not share access to your subscription. One account – one person.
• Not resell, transcribe or use the School's audio content to train models or for commercial products.

5. The School's liability

The School provides its content "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the School's liability for any damages is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. The School is not liable for injuries arising from ignoring medical contraindications, performing practices in unsafe conditions, or applying practices to third parties.

6. Identification through Telegram

Signing in to the School is done through the Telegram Login Widget (@gnosis_ventures_bot). We receive your Telegram ID, name, username and avatar. This is used as your account identifier. More details – in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. We will announce material changes through the @gnosis_ventures_bot bot and update the "Effective from" date. By continuing to use the service, you accept the new terms.

8. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
