Wu Hsin leaves the seeker no work – he takes away the very idea that something needs to be done. You are searching for what you already are. All the effort to find yourself only strengthens the illusion that you are lost. Consciousness flows unbroken through every state – waking, sleep, thought, and silence – as a single, unsevered thread. The mind is no illusion, but starve it of the energy of attention, and what does not come and does not go will show through behind it. Stop – not as one more practice, but for real. What remains is you.
